What is RepairBee? Is it an authorised service centre?

RepairBee is an independent organisation where devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops etc are repaired by experienced professionals. It is not an authorised service centre.

How can I be assured that my gadget will keep working?

Out of the many amazing benefits that choosing RepairBee offers customers, the one

  • RepairBee provides a service warranty of upto 18 months from the time device has been delivered depending on the device.
  • The warranty only covers the issues/components which were fixed by RepairBee. Any other issues with other components not serviced by RepairBee will not be covered under warranty.
  • Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/damage caused by external environment after a device has been delivered. Eg- Physical Damage, Water Damage, etc.
  • Repairs of liquid damage or water damage devices do not carry any warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no service charge for any repairs conducted under the RepairBee warranty.

How safe is my device with RepairBee?

RepairBee guarantees the safety of your electronic devices by providing security insurance and undertaking responsibility against any possible theft/loss caused while the device is in its possession. RepairBee won’t be held responsible for issues which are discovered during the process of repair. Repair/diagnosis of device might result in minor wear tear, hence the device might not be returned in as is state. In case of device being misplaced by RepairBee, a fully functional device of same / similar configuration will be given to customer as replacement.

However please note physical damage to screen often results damage to other components (sensor, motherboard, etc.) and RepairBee won’t be held responsible for issues which are discovered during the process of repair. Repair/diagnosis of device might result in minor wear & tear, hence the device might not be returned in as-is state.

Are the parts used for repair genuine?

At RepairBee, we use only genuine and new spare parts while repairing the damaged devices. Genuine parts have longer shell life and can better compliment your device.

What happens if the device cannot be repaired?

In case, where the devices cannot be repaired, the device is returned in the same state as it was taken, a convenience fee of Rs. 249 for mobiles and Rs. 349 for laptops are charged.

What about the data on my phone?

While we take utmost care in ensuring there is no data loss, repair of mobile/tablet might entail formatting of device and the company will not be responsible for the loss of saved data/contact information. Please take appropriate data backup before submitting your device. We also take full responsibly of no data breach.

How can I book a repair on RepairBee?

If your gadget is broken or needs any kind of repair, just book a repair through the website or call at 8884422335. We visit you at the time you choose, and diagnose your device. Most of the time, we make repairs on-site, and your gadget is fixed up in 20-90 minutes.

If the device needs more extensive repairs, we take it back with us - and give you a replacement. Depending upon the damage, we can take between 1-3 days to have it returned to you, though we make every effort to return your repaired device to you within 24 hours of picking it up.

Can I only call the professional to my home? Or my office?

Wherever you call our RepairBee professional, please make sure there is a convenient space for them to conduct their repairs. As long as that is available and the professional can reasonably do their work, your home and office will both do.

What time slots are available for onsite repair?

How long will it take for my gadget to be repaired?

The time taken to repair a device will depend upon the nature of the damage and how extensive the repairs are.

Onsite repairs will generally take somewhere between 20 and 90 minutes. If the repair is extensive, we will have to take your device back to the service centre, and we can take between 1-3 days to return your device to you. We will provide you a replacement device in the interim, and will make every effort to return your repaired device to you within 24 hours of picking it up.

How can I reschedule an appointment?

If you are unavailable at the time and place you initially selected, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule and relocate the appointment; but as with most such things, the earlier you let us know the better.

My gadget is under the manufacturer’s warranty - does that make my repair free?

As an independent service provider, RepairBee does not cover work under the manufacturer’s warranty. If for reasons of convenience or because we’re that good (we really are) you’d want to get the repairs from us, the work would attract the same charges.

What happens if I get a device under the manufacturer’s warranty repaired by you?

Most manufacturers of devices will void their warranty if it is repaired by independent service providers. That means that following our repair, your phone will no longer be under the manufacturer’s original warranty. RepairBee’s warranty following the repair will kick in and cover any subsequent repair for the next 18 months, but only on the issues/components repaired.

What happens if after the device is diagnosed, I decide not to get it repaired?

In such instances, our professional will provide you with an invoice for the diagnosis and will return your device to you. The repair work will only be initiated once you have accepted the initial estimate provided by the professional.
